New Delhi: IT services giant Infosys on Thursday reported a 12% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit to ₹7,033 crore for the quarter ended March 2025 (Q4FY25), even as revenue rose 7.9% YoY to ₹40,928 crore, the company said in an exchange filing.

The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, Business Standard reported, citing the filing.

The record date for the dividend, as well as the Annual General Meeting (AGM), has been set for May 30, 2025, with the payout scheduled for June 30.

“We have built a resilient organisation with sharp focus on client-centricity and responsiveness to the market, thanks to the trust of our clients and dedication of our employees,” said Salil Parekh, CEO and MD. “Our performance for the year has been robust in terms of revenues, expansion in operating margins and highest ever free cash generation,” he added.

Parekh said the company’s capabilities in AI, cloud, and digital transformation, alongside its emphasis on cost efficiency and automation, have strategically positioned Infosys to address evolving client needs.

On a sequential basis, the company saw its consolidated net profit grow 3.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to ₹7,030 crore in Q4, even as revenue slipped 2% from the previous quarter.

In Q3FY25, Infosys had reported a net profit of ₹6,806 crore, up 11.4% YoY, while revenue rose 7.6% to ₹41,764 crore.

Operating expenses in Q3 stood at ₹3,732 crore, up from ₹3,607 crore in the same period the previous year.
