Infosys Finacle e-banking rated 'Best-in-Class' for customer experience

New Delhi, Dec 1 (IBNS): Consulting, technology, outsourcing and next generation services Infosys, on Monday announced that CEB Tower Group analysts have rated Infosys Finacle e-Banking a 'Best-in-Class' solution for Customer Experience, Design & Security and Enterprise Support.

In the report titled “Online Banking Technology Analysis1”, CEB Tower Group analysts quantitatively ranked Online Banking solutions from global vendors across 21 attributes.

Online banking is a key area in which retail banks are making investments. In a survey2 conducted by CEB Tower Group analysts, 67 percent of retail banking executives surveyed said that their banks are making strategic investments in the online channel.

With its comprehensive multi-channel capabilities, Infosys Finacle e-banking helps banks keep up with changing customer preferences and demands. The solution is currently deployed in over 52 countries.

Referring to Infosys, CEB Tower Group research director Jason Malo, commented: “Finacle e-Banking is a mature product which scored well across all of our evaluation categories. Their digital bank offerings provide a high level of customization for consumers as well as bank administrators and the ability to integrate with multiple third-parties makes them an attractive market solution.”
