Indian rupee falls to 61.68 per dollar

Mumbai, Aug 8 (IBNS): The Indian rupee fell as much as 0.7 percent in early trade on Friday, media reports said.

The rupee fell to 61.68 per dollar, a level last seen in March this year.

The partially convertible rupee had closed at 61.22 per dollar on Thursday.
