Indian Market: Sensex ends steady at 53,177.45 pts

Mumbai: The BSE Sensex on Tuesday ended flat at 53,177.45, rising by 16.17 pts as buying was seen in Energy, Oil and Gas and Auto stocks.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too rose 18.15 pts at 15,850.20.

The sensex registered days high and low at 53,301.40 and 52,771.53 pts respectively.

The Nifty recorded days high and low at 15,892.10 and 15,710.15 respectively.
