Indian Market: Sensex down 85.40 pts

Mumbai/UNI: The BSE Sensex on Wednesday tumbled down by 85.40 pts to settle at 51,849.48 as selling pressure was seen in Technology, IT and FMCG stocks.

While, the Nifty rose by 1.35 pts to 15,576.20.

The sensex registered days high and low at 51,913.92 and 51,450.58 pts respectively.

The Nifty recorded days high and low at 15,597.45 and 15,459.85 pts respectively.
