Hyundai Motor India September cumulative sales up by 4.7 %

New Delhi, Oct 3 (IBNS): Hyundai Motor India Ltd, car manufacturer and passenger car exporter, on Monday said it has registered the domestic sales of 42,605 units and exports of 16,606 with cumulative sales of 59,211 units for the month of September 2016.

Commenting on the September sales, Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President Sales and Marketing, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said, “Hyundai with a domestic volume of 42,605 units in September ‘16 registered highest ever sales of 370,448 units for the CY (Jan-Sep ‘16) with a sustained growth of 7.9% with a strong portfolio of Modern Premium products led by Creta, Elite i20 and Grand."

"We hope that the festive season will see a benchmark growth in the industry with the evenly spread monsoon along with the 7th Pay commission building to positive sentiments in the market,”Rakesh Srivastava said.
