Hyundai domestic sales grew by 23%

New Delhi, Dec 1 (IBNS): Hyundai Motor India Ltd, the country’s leading car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter, on Tuesday said it has registered the domestic sales of 43,651 units and exports of 14,010 units with cumulative sales of 57,661 units for the month of November 2015.

Commenting on the November sales Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. VP- Sales and Marketing, Hyundai Motor India said, "Hyundai achieved cumulative 4 million Domestic sales milestone with strong performance of 43,651 units this month growing by 23% over last year on the strength of strong demand for it’s new age youthful product portfolio led by CRETA, i20, Grand i10 & good festive season.”

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC).

HMIL is the largest passenger car exporter and the second largest car manufacturer in India.

It currently has ten car models across segments – Eon, i10, Grand i10, Elite i20, Active i20, Xcent, Verna, CRETA, Elantra and Santa Fe.
