Global crude oil price of Indian Basket was US$ 37.91 per bbl on Friday

#Global crude oil price of Indian Basket

New Delhi, Apr 11 (IBNS) The international crude oil price of Indian Basket as published on Monday by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas was US$ 37.91 per barrel (bbl) on Friday. This was higher than the price of US$ 36.71 per bbl published on Thursday.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket increased to Rs. 2519.82 per bbl on Friday compared to Rs 2440.11 per bbl on Thursday. Rupee closed stronger at Rs 66.47 per US$ on Friday against Rs 66.58 per US$ on Wednesday. According to PPAC, as Reserve Bank of India reference rate for Friday was not available, reference rate of Thursday has been considered.
