Cyrus Mistry tried hard to make changes to benefit the Tatas: Sule

New Delhi, Oct 26 (IBNS): Politician Supriya Sule has claimed that Cyrus Mistry, who was recently removed as the Tata Group Chairman, tried hard to make changes which would benefit the Tatas.

Supriya Sule described herself as Cyrus Mistry's friend.

"Cyrus was running his own family business successfully," Sule told NDTV.

"He tried hard to make changes to benefit the Tatas," she said

Tata Sons on Monday announced that its board has replaced Cyrus P. Mistry as Chairman of Tata Sons.

The decision was taken at a Board meeting held here.

The Board has named Ratan N. Tata as Interim Chairman of Tata Sons.
