CTS, Cisco, HP slump further after Trump's Visa investigation call

Washington, Nov 23 (IBNS): As the American market is still recovering from the shock win of US President-elect Donald Trump, his stance on visa has allowed tech companies Cognizant, Cisco and HP to slump further, reports said.

Trump, who is set to be sworn in as the 45th President of the Unites States of America, uploaded a video on Twitter, providing an update to the American people on the White House transition.

Speaking on the issue of immigration, Trump said, "I will direct the Department of Labor to investigate all abuses of Visa programmes that undercut the American workers."

Cognizant is the largest users of of H-1B visa and may face severe scrutiny from Trump's administration.
