Kolkata/IBNS: Celica Group, a Kolkata-based, diversified multi-sector group of companies, recently announced the launch of their luxury residential project, Celica Residency.

This marks the organization’s return to real estate development after almost two decades.

This residential property coming up in one of Kolkata’s prime locations (Ballygunge) is being developed under the group’s real estate development arm Celica Properties.

Celica Residency will consist of a 12-storey residential tower and a standalone bungalow.

Said Adarsh Tulshan, Managing Director of Celica Group, “Our Group firmly holds the belief that regulatory mechanisms such as the WBHIRA have played an integral role in restoring the confidence of people in the real estate industry. We remain convinced that practical and well-conceived projects that are advantageously located, meticulously planned and well-executed, will always find an audience when priced correctly.”

One of their earlier projects in Kolkata includes the construction of the prime commercial space Celica Park on Park Street.
