Balmer Lawrie's total income for the first quarter registered a marginal gain of 3%
The results were approved by the Board in its meeting held in Kolkata on 12 August 2015.
The company said its Profit Before Tax (PBT) has gone up by 35% and stood at Rs. 51.97crores for the quarter ended 30 June 2015 as compared to Rs 38.42 crores for the same quarter last year.
Correspondingly, the net profit (PAT) during the quarter increased by 33% to Rs. 33.24 crores compared to Rs. 24.96 crores for the corresponding period last year.
