Yogi Adityanath inspects Covid hospital set up by DRDO in Lucknow

Lucknow/UNI: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who recovered from coronavirus on Friday morning, inspected a hospital set up by DRDO in Awadh Shilp Gram in the state capital.

The Chief Minister reviewed the arrangements made by the DRDO for the Atal Bihari Vajpayee covid hospital.

This DRDO hospital, to be run by the doctors of defence, was initiated by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who is Lucknow MP.

Officials here said that the 500-bed covid care hospital, including 150 ventilator beds being prepared by DRDO on a war-footing and admission of patients will start within a day or two.

The DRDO team prepared the entire hospital within a few days and the hospital trial can start by tomorrow.
