Winter session of Parliament to commence from Nov 24
The one-month-long winter session will have 22 sittings.
The dates were recommended by the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs headed by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday.
According to reports, 67 bills are pending before the Parliament-eight before the Lok Sabha and 59 before the Rajya Sabha.
On Sunday, during the high tea hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for all NDA MPs, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu gave some tips to the members on the upcoming winter session of Parliament.
