Who's polluting this young girl's mind: Rijiju on Gurmehar Kaur's post

New Delhi, Feb 27 (IBNS): Union Minister Kiren Rijiju reacted to the massive row that was triggered on social networking sites following a Facebook post by Kargil martyr's daughter Gurmehar Kaur against the BJP's student's wing ABVP.

The Indian Minister tweeted: "Who's polluting this young girl's mind? A strong Arm Force prevents a war. India never attacked anyone but a weak India was always invaded."

Captain Mandeep Singh's daughter Kaur has alleged that she was threatened with rape after her campaign on social media went viral.

Kaur's Twitter page picture shows her holding a placard which reads: "I am a student from Delhi University. I am not afraid of ABVP. I am not alone. Every student of India is with me. #StudentsAgainstABVP."

She had earlier posted a video where in one of the placards she is holding urged for peace between India and Pakistan.

According to media reports, one of them read: " "Pakistan did not kill my dad, war killed him."

On Sunday, speaking on NDTV's We The People,Kaur broke down while sharing that she had been threatened online.

"I think it is very scary when people threaten you with violence or with rape...Giving rape threats to women of your country in the name of nationalism... is just not correct," she told the news channel.
