We see Indira Gandhi in Priyanka: Thomas

| | Jun 06, 2014, at 08:54 pm
New Delhi, June 6 (IBNS) Senior Congress leader KV Thomas on Friday said the party sees the reflection of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in her grand-daughter Priyanka Gandhi.
"We see Indira Gandhi in Priyanka. She should work with Rahul Gandhi (her brother and Congress vice-president) to lift the party from its present crisis," Thomas said.

"We have all seen her hard work and dedication. She is a great leader. It's high time for her to join active politics," he said.

On the other hand, Thomas called Prime Minister Narendra Modi a 'dictator'.

"The present government is a one man show. Will the country prosper and be happy under the dictatorship of the new PM?" he asked.
