Video shows African national being assaulted in Delhi
New Delhi, Oct 9 (IBNS): A video has surfaced about an African national being assaulted by a group of people in Delhi, according to media reports.
The video shows an African tied to a post, allegedly for theft, and being beaten up.
"The Delhi Police later arrested the alleged victim on charges of theft and reportedly trusted the neighbours' version that the injuries on the body of the African national were due to a fall from the stairs," reported Times Now.
