Thunderstorm with lightning likely in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh in next 24 hrs: MeT

Hyderabad/UNI: Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre warned on Sunday.

In a bulletin here, it said that light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam in the next three days.

Further, it also said that light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places over South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana during the next 24 hours, while dry weather was likely to prevail in Rayalaseema during the same period, the bulletin said.

Rain occurred at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Telangana during the last 24 hours, while dry weather prevailed in Rayalaseema.

The lowest minimum temperature of 16.2 degree Celsius was recorded at Adilabad in Telangana and 18 degree Celsius recorded at Arogyavaram in Rayalaseema on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the bulletin added.
