Telangana: Medical student commits suicide, police begin probe
Nizamabad: A 21-year-old medical student committed suicide by hanging from ceiling in his hostel room here on Saturday.
Police said the student was identified as Dasari Harsha hailing from Chintaguda village, Jannaram Mandal of Adilabad district.
He was studying MBBS final year in Government Medical College here.
The exact cause behind Harsha's extreme step is yet to be ascertained by the police.
A case has been registered and an investigation is underway, police added.
