Telangana Guv performs inaugural pooja at Khairatabad Ganesh festival

Hyderabad/UNI: Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan performed the inaugural puja at the famous Khairatabad Ganesh Pandal on Wednesday.

She said it was a divine blessing and honour to perform puja dedicated to the 50ft tall Ganesha idol at the famous Khairatabad Ganesh Pandal.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor extended Ganesh Chaturthi wishes to all the people of the State, and prayed for the wellbeing and welfare of Telangana and the nation.

She called upon the people to celebrate the Ganesh festival in a peaceful and devotional manner.

Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender, former MLA Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, Khairatabad Ganesh Committee chairman Singari Sudarshan, and others joined the Governor at the Puja.
