Telangana assembly elections: BJP announces fourth list of 12 candidates

Hyderabad/UNI: The Central Election Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday released its fourth list of 12 candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections scheduled to take place in Telangana on November 30.

Notably, this list includes a female candidate, Tula Uma, who has been allotted the Vemulawada ticket. Vikas Rao, the son of former Governor Vidyasagar Rao, expressed disappointment after not securing a ticket.

Subhash Reddy, who recently joined the BJP after failing to obtain a ticket from the Congress party, was also allocated a ticket by the BJP.

With this announcement, the party has now revealed 100 candidates out of the total 119 seats. Out of the remaining 19 seats, seven are expected to be allocated to the Janasena Party as part of the party alliance.

The final decision will be made after discussions. The remaining candidates will be announced following further discussions with the Janasena Party, according to party sources.

The following candidates have been included in the fourth list:

Vemulawada - Tula Uma
Chennuru - Durgam Ashok
Kodangal - Bantu Ramesh
Gadwal - Boya Shiva
Ella Reddy - Subhash Reddy
Husnabad - Shri Ram Chakraborty
Siddipet - Srikanth Reddy
Vikarabad - Naveen Kumar
Miryalaguda - Sadhineni Srinivas
Nakirekal - Mogulaiya
Mulugu - Ajmira Prahlad Naik
