Tamil Nadu : Madhusudanan AIADMK candidate for R.K. Nagar bypoll

Chennai, Nov 30 (IBNS) : The All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) Parliamentary Board  on Thursday announced Party presidium chairman and member of the Parliamentary Board E. Madhusudanan as its candidate for the by-poll in Dr. Radhakrishnan Nagar Assembly constituency, reports said.

The decision was made after the Parliamentary Board met  at the party head office in Chennai.

The by-election to the constituency, once held by former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa,  will be conducted  on December 21.

. Madhusudanan was in the fray in R.K. Nagar in the rescinded by-polls as the candidate of the then AIADMK Puratchi Thalaivi Amma in March.
