New Delhi, Jul 24 (IBNS) Angry over the demand for end to subsidies for parliamentarians, Janata Dal (United) MP Sharad Yadav has called for taking away all facilities and leave them only with underwear and the footpath to sleep on.

"Take away everything from MPs, from food to house to clothes. Let us roam around in underwear and sleep on footpath,"  Yadav has said.

Speaking to CNN-IBN, the senior JD-U leader said that while demanding end of subsidy in Parliament canteens, people must consider that not just MPs, but other workers and staff in Parliament also have food there.
