New Delhi, Sep 6 (IBNS): A suspected Indian Mujahideen (IM) operative was arrested from Saharanpur in western Uttar Pradesh by sleuths of the Delhi Police’s special cell late Friday night, police said.

The man, identified as Ejaz Sheikh, was believed to be the 'technical expert' of the banned terror outfit. He was associated with the group since 2009 and was allegedly involved in several attacks including the Jama Masjid blast.

Ejaz used to work at a call center in Pune and reportedly helped IM operatives with fake identity cards and forged documents, reports said.
