Sharad Pawar injured, taken to Mumbai hospital by air ambulance
New Delhi, Dec 3 (IBNS): Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar was flown to Mumbai by air ambulance on Wednesday morning, media reports said.
Pawar, 73, suffered a fall at his Delhi home on Tuesday night. Sources said he injured his back and may have fractured his leg.
The NCP supremo is likely to go through a medical examination at Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital. Pawar was fully conscious after the accident, reports said.
