Seven killed in road accident on Yamuna expressway

Mathura, Feb 19 (UNI) At least 7 people were killed and three injured in an accident in Baldev area on Yamuna expressway on early Tuesday morning.

Police sources here said that the accident occurred near milestone -138 in Burj Sukhdev village when an ambulance, coming from Noida side overturned and broke the divider and hit two cars coming on the opposite lane of the expressway.

Most of the deceased were in the car. The injured have been rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The deceased were yet to be identified.

The ambulance was carrying a dead body and was going to Bihar from Delhi.
