Satish Kulkarni elected as Mayor of Nashik Municipal Corporation

Nashik, Nov 22 (UNI) Satish Kulkarni of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday elected unopposed as Mayor of Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) while Bhikubai Bagul of BJP became duputy mayor.

Former BJP MLA Balasaheb Sanap has added power to Shiv Sena by joining it.

Ten corporators who openly rebelled against the BJP, supported BJP.

Even, at the eleventh hour, the five corporators of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) too extended support to the BJP.
