New Delhi, Nov 27 (IBNS): Amid tensions between India and Pakistan, Sartaj Aziz, the de facto foreign minister of the Islamic country, will have a curtailed visit to India for the Heart of Asia (HOA) conference, scheduled for next week in Amritsar, media reports said.

The conference will take place on Dec 3-4.

Official sources told TOI that, as of now, Pakistan has confirmed that Aziz will arrive in Amritsar only on December 4, unlike delegates from other countries who will land a day earlier, and depart for Pakistan the same evening.

Aziz will reportedly not attend the dinner which will be hosted by India on Dec 3.
