Ravi Shankar Prasad launches Electropreneur Park at DU

New Delhi, Aug 27 (IBNS): Union Law and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Saturday launched the Electropreneur Park at Delhi University's south campus.

Tweeting pictures from the launch event, Prasad said, "At the launch of Electropreneur Park at South Campus #DelhiUniversity developed by @stpiindia."

Prasad said that the Electropreneur Park will encourage young innovators.

"Electropreneur Park in South Campus of Delhi University will encourage young technology innovators. #DigitalIndia," he tweeted.

The Union Minister also felicitated innovators.

"Felicitated the innovators at Electropreneur Park for the amazing innovations they are working on. #DigitalIndia," he said tweeting a picture.

"Let me share some of the visions of this government. Then you'll be able to understand as to how the partnership with the university, with the industry and the government has a great meaning," Prasad said speaking at the event.

"You know when election campaign was on, the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, then the leader, gave a vision for the country, and what was the vision," he said, "IT plus IT is equal to IT. That means India's Talent plus Information Technology is equal to India Tomorrow," Prasad added.

"Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, are involved in some game changing programmes. Digital India, Make In India, Skill India, Startup India, Standup India, are all game changing programmes," he said.
