Rajasthan: Married woman hangs herself in Kota

Kota: A married woman committed suicide by hanging herself in the Railway Colony Police Station area of Kota, Rajasthan.

According to the information received, Barkha Meena (40), a woman suffering from some physical illness for a long time, was concerned about her condition and used to be under stress.

Police reported that the woman, who sent her husband and son out for work, committed suicide by hanging herself in her room after leaving.

The woman's husband learned about her suicide and informed her in-laws.
Sources said that the woman's in-laws and Pihar Railway Colony are in the neighbourhood on street number 1 of the Laxmi Vihar police station area.

The post-mortem is scheduled for Monday, with consent from both families. The police will investigate the cause of the death.
