Punjab: BSF guns down two Pakistani intruders

Jalandhar/UNI: Alert Border Security Force (BSF) jawans shot dead two Pakistani intruders in the area of responsibility of 103 Bn BSF in Ferozepur sector on Friday night.

According to a BSF statement here on Saturday, BSF troops deployed in Area Of Responsibility of BOP Thehkelan (Amarkot) in Ferozepur (Punjab) observed some suspicious movement of intruders sneaking inside Indian territory.

BSF troops challenged them to stop, but the intruders did not pay any heed to repeated warnings and continued to move towards Indian side in an attempt to cross the border fence.

Subsequently, the intruders were fired upon by BSF troops during which two intruders were shot dead.
