Punjab: 3 terrorists arrested with arms and ammunition

Amritsar/UNI: Tarntaran police arrested three terrorists, hailing from Moga district of Punjab, with firearms and hand grenades late on Wednesday night during checking in the border area of Bhikhiwind, it was reported on Thursday.

Inspector General (IG) of Ferozepur range Jatinder Singh Aullakh while confirming on Thursday the arrest stated that police had recovered 9mm Pistol, hand grenade and ammunition from them.

The arrested terrorists were identified as Kulwinder Singh, Kanwarpal Singh and Komalpreet Singh.

The arrested persons will be produced in the court to get remand for further investigation, stated the police official.
