Puducherry: Police arrest couple for running prostitution business in a Beauty Parlour

Puducherry/UNI: Police on Friday arrested a couple for running a prostitution business in a Beauty Parlour on the 100 feet road, Mudaliarpet here.

Mudaliarpet police got information about prostitution in the beauty parlour and its team barged into the parlour and caught a girl and one Saravanan of Tindivanam red handed.

Following interrogation, police arrested one Jayachandran and Jayashree (couple) of Ellaipillaichavady who was running the beauty parlour.

They also rescued five girls and sent them for medical examination.

A case was registered and an investigation is on.
