Properties worth several lakh of rupees gutted in fire in Guwahati
Guwahati/IBNS: Properties worth several lakh of rupees were reduced to ashes after a fire broke out at Bhangagarh area in Guwahati on Thursday.
The fire broke out at a sweet shop due to cylinder blast in the shop.
Following the incident, fire tenders immediately reached the spot and managed to bring the fire under control.
The fire also brought a threat to a private nursing home as it is situated nearby the sweet shop.
