President to deliver New Year message to Governors and Lt. Governors through video conferencing
New Delhi, Jan 4 (IBNS): President Pranab Mukherjee will deliver through Video Conferencing a New Year Message to the Governors and Lt. Governors of States or UTs on Thursday.
"The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will deliver through Video Conferencing a New Year Message to the Governors and Lt. Governors of States/UTs using the National Knowledge Network from Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow (January 5, 2017)," read an official statement.
