Popular Telugu film comedian Ali joins YSR Cong

Hyderabad, Mar 11 (UNI) Popular film comedian Ali joined the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) here on Monday.

YSRCP President Y S Jaganmohan Reddy welcomed the actor into the party by draping the party scarf around the latter 's shoulder at his Lotus Pond residence in posh Banjara Hills area of the city.

He is a senior Telugu comedian and actor. He has acted in more than 1000 films in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

He is a regular actor in Pawan Kalyan and Puri Jagannadh movies.  He won two Filmfare Awards and two Nandi Awards and is famous for his comic roles.
