Guwahati/IBNS: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over ‘danda’ jibe in a mass rally organized to celebrate the Bodo Peace Accord in Assam’s Kokrajhar and said it can’t be harmed if a protective shield of mothers and sisters of the country are with him.

“Some leaders talk about beating me with sticks, but nothing will happen to Modi with these attacks because I am saved by the blessings of thousands mothers and sisters of the country,” Modi said.

Recently, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said people would beat up Modi with sticks in six months.

Modi visited Kokrajhar area in Assam to participate in the celebrations of the signing of the Bodo Agreement.
