New Delhi/UNI: Applauding the "vibrant culture" of Arunachal Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appreciated the viral video clip where Union Law and Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju is performing a traditional dance during his visit to a village in the frontier state.

“Good to see the vibrant and glorious culture of Arunachal Pradesh,’’ Modi said in a tweet and tagged a post of Rijiju wherein the minister mentioned about his visit to Kazalang village, and underlined that original folk songs and dances are the essence of every community in AP.

On Wednesday, Rijiju, who is also the Lok Sabha MP from Arunachal West Parliamentary constituency, wrote on Twitter about his visit to the village.

He also shared a video clip in which he can be seen performing a traditional dance with the people of Kazalang village.

"Our Law Minister Kiren Rijiju is also a decent dancer!,” said the PM while applauding his dance.

The frontier state is unique owing to its culturally diverse communities. It has around 26 major tribes and more than 100 sub-tribes.
