PM Modi meets LK Advani, extends birthday greetings

New Delhi, Nov 8 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani on the latter's birthday.

Posting a picture from their meeting, the Prime Minister tweeted, "Met Advani ji and extended birthday greetings to him."

The PM had earlier tweeted, "Wishing our inspiration, one of India’s tallest leaders who has served India tirelessly & diligently, Shri LK Advani ji on his birthday. I pray to God that Advani ji is blessed with a long and healthy life."

LK Advani turned 89 on Tuesday.
