PM Modi holds meeting with US VP Machael Pence in Singapore

Singapore, Nov 14 (IBNS) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday held a meeting with United States Vice President  Michael Pence in Singapore disussing wide ranging subjects.

"PM @narendramodi had a warm meeting with @VP of United States Michael Pence in #Singapore. Productive discussion on all aspects of global strategic partnership based on growing convergence of interests on regional and global issues," MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted.

"Pence acknowledged that India had made progress economically. He felt India is a positive factor in regional and international relations," MEA said.

PM Modi is in Singapore to attend the summit of the ten ASEAN members to be followed by the East Asia Summit, which adds eight more world leaders.
