PM Modi coins slogan of start-up India in I-day speech

New Delhi, Aug 15 (IBNS) Delivering his Independence Day speech from the ramparts of Red Fort, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said there should be encouragement to new start-up enterprises and India should stand up on its own.
 
"We are looking at systems for enabling start-ups. We must be Number 1 in start-ups. 'Start-up India' & 'Stand up India'," said PM Modi in his speech. 
 
He said banks should give loans to the new start-ups and the Dalits.
