Patna: 8-month-old raped in Bihar

Patna, Feb 4 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): In a shocking incident, an eight-month-old baby was allegedly raped in Bihar.

The incident took place at a village under Maniyari police station in Muzaffarpur district on Friday evening.

Reports said the victim’s mother had gone to the nearby field leaving the baby in the company of her eight-year-old daughter when she was allegedly raped at home.

According to media reports, when the mother returned home after sometime she was shocked to see the baby bleeding profusely and hurriedly rushed her to the local Sadar hospital which referred her to the Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital, Muzaffarpur.

Doctors say the condition of the baby is critical.
