Passport Mela in Kolkata and Gangtok on July 29

Kolkata, July 26 (IBNS): The Regional Passport Office Kolkata is holding Passport Mela at PSK Kolkata and PSLK Gangtok on July 29.

The applicants are requested to bring online Application Reference Number (ARN) Sheets along with other necessary documents of identity proof, address and proof of date of birth (Both original and self attested photo copies), the detailed information of which could be obtained from the website   www.passportindia.gov.in, read a government statement .

The Regional Passport Officer Bibhuti Bhusan Kumar informs that applications in only normal category of both fresh and re-issue cases will be entertained in the Mela and appointments for that will be released in their website www.passsportindia.gov.in on 26.07.2017 at 3.30 PM onwards. Applicants of Tripura can also take appointments at PSK Kolkata in this mela.

The applicants have to pay passport fees through online payment system. Shri Kumar said only those applicants who have obtained appointments for 29.07.2017 through online mode will be entertained and no walk-in application will be accepted. Altogether 1300 applications will be accepted of which 100 will be in Gangtok.
