New Delhi/IBNS: The National Commission for Women (NCW) will on Monday send its representatives to all-women Gargi college where the students have alleged that they were molested by a group of women during a college event on Feb 6.

NCW chairperson Rekha Sharma tweeted, "Sending team tomorrow to college. They will talk to students and will take up with police."

The students of Gargi College said they were molested, harassed for hours by a group of men who had barged into the campus.

The students have also planned a protest inside the college on Monday.

The authorities of the college have not filed a complaint with the police yet.

It was reported earlier that when the students had raised the matter with the college authorities, they said the girl should not attend college fests if they feel so scared about their safety.

The matter was raised by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP in the Rajya Sabha during zero hour.
