Narendra Modi is creating two India: Rahul Gandhi attacks

New Delhi, Dec 3 (IBNS): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said he is creating 'two India' where one belongs to the rich while the other one has been created for the poor.

Attacking Modi on the issue of Rafale deal, Gandhi tweeted:  "Modiji is creating two Indias. One India is of Anil Ambani. There, Modi is giving Rs 30,000 crore Rafale contract though they have no experience of building aircraft. The other is of farmers in which just Rs 1,040 is given for 750 kg of onion which is cultivated after four months of hard work."

Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal were among several key opposition leaders who joined the Kisan Mukti March in the national capital on Friday.

Gandhi said farmers should not be feeling afraid as all opposition parties are with them.

"If the loans of industrialists can be waived off, then the debt of farmers must be waived off as well. I assure the farmers of India, we are with you, don't feel afraid," Gandhi was quoted as saying by the media as he spoke at the Jantar Mantar area.

The mega rally was organised by the All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee (AIKSCC).

It began from Brijwasan and reached Ramlila grounds in Delhi on Thursday.

Protesting against the Centre's inability to address the farm crisis, the peasants were demanding special parliamentary session to discuss the agrarian distress.

Farmers also want a complete relief from the farm loans.
