Narendra Modi arrives in Goa

Panaji: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Goa on Sunday.

Upon arrival, he was received by Goa Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, BJP Goa President Sadanand Shet Tanawade and Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.

The Prime Minister is to attend the valedictory function of the four-day 9th World Ayurveda Congress (WAC) and Arogya Expo 2022 which commenced on December 8, 2022, at Kala Academy in the city.

He will also inaugurate the New Goa International Airport, Mopa, in North Goa and the All India Institute of Ayurveda at Pernem.
