New Delhi, Aug 21 (IBNS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Amit Shah, in presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, held a meeting with all the Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers from the saffron party-ruled states on Monday.

In the meeting, along with Shah and PM Modi, external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj, Union home minister Rajnath Singh were also present.

The meeting was held at the BJP headquarter.

The BJP shared some of the pictures of the meeting on their official Twitter handle with a caption that reads: "PM Shri @narendramodi and BJP National President Shri @AmitShah chairing conclave of BJP's CMs and Deputy CMs at BJP HQ."

The meeting was a part of the BJP's aim to win 350 pus seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, media reported.

Bihar deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi was present in the meeting. He has sworn-in as Nitish Kumar's deputy after the JD(U) stiched an alliance with the BJP in the state late last month.

On Thursday, Amit Shah had met party officials and Union ministers to discuss about the party's strategy for the 2019 Lok Sabha election.
