Maoist arrested from Vaishali
Hajipur/UNI: A Maoist extremist of the banned Communist Party of India (Maoists), Anil Baitha was arrested during a raid at village Dih Buchauli under Jandaha police station in Vaishali district.
Police Superintendent (operations) Surakant Singh said here today that the raid was conducted on a tip-off and the extremist who had visited the village to meet one of his friends, was arrested.
The arrested extremist who was wanted by the police since long in connection with several cases was being interrogated, he informed.
