Mamata Banerjee remembers writer Mahashweta Devi on birth anniversary

Kolkata, Jan 14 (IBNS): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee remembered writer and social activist Mahashweta Devi on her birth anniversary.

"Remembering Mahashweta Di on her birth anniversary. We miss her every day. She will forever live in our hearts," Banerjee tweeted.

Mahashweta Devi passed away last month.

She was 90.
