Malaysia Police arrests seven for alleged IS-link
Kuala Lumpur, Mar 13 (IBNS): Malaysia Police announced on Monday the arrest of seven people alleging they had links with the Islamist State (IS) militant groups, according to media reports.
The suspects were arrested in a series of counter-terrorism operations between Wednesday and Sunday in Sabah and Selangor, the media quoted Khalid Abu Bakar, Inspector-General of the police as saying.
Of the seven arrested, five are Filipinos, according to Malaysian police.
